Changed your mind? You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. You can also withdraw before delivery. Our 30-day return policy gives you even more time.

Open your customer account with the email address used for your order. Select the order, choose the items to cancel or return, then review and confirm your request.
Shopify sends an email acknowledging a submitted return or cancellation request. Keep that email for your records.
If you cannot access your order, email zanskiofficial@gmail.com with a clear withdrawal notice and your order details. Your legal withdrawal does not require our approval.
Your right of withdrawal
You may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days after you, or someone you nominate other than the carrier, receive the last item in your order. You may also withdraw before delivery. Our additional 30-day return promise is explained in the Return and refund policy.
How to withdraw
Use the button on this page or open your customer account. Sign in with the email used for your order, select the order and items, then review and confirm the return or cancellation request. Shopify sends an acknowledgement email.
You may also email zanskiofficial@gmail.com with a clear withdrawal notice and details identifying your order, or send the optional model form below. No reason or prior approval is required for a legal withdrawal. Sending your notice before the deadline is enough.
After you withdraw
Send the goods back within 14 days after notifying us. We will email the return address and instructions. We refund your direct return postage, up to €20 per order. If the goods are faulty or incorrect, we pay all necessary return costs. Keep proof of postage.
For a full-order withdrawal, we refund all payments including our least expensive standard delivery charge within 14 days after your notice. We may withhold the refund until the goods arrive or you provide evidence of sending them back, whichever happens first. We use your original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise.
You are responsible only for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to inspect the covers. Your statutory rights for faulty goods remain unaffected. See the full return and refund policy for details.
