Which boots do they fit?

One size, recommended for Mondopoint 22-28. Fit depends on your boot's shape and model. Unsure? Email zanskiofficial@gmail.com with your boot brand, model and size before ordering.

Is €60 for one pair?

Yes. €60 buys two boot covers: one pair.

Can I reach my buckles with the covers on?

Yes. Open the magnetic flap to reach your buckles with your gloves on, then close it. You can adjust your boots without removing the covers.

Where do you ship and what does it cost?

We ship with Posti from Finland to addresses supported by checkout.

  • Finland — Posti Small Parcel to Door: €6.15; estimated delivery 3-6 business days. Delivered to your mailbox or doorstep and may be left without a signature.
  • Finland — Posti nearby pickup point: €7.40; estimated delivery 2-4 business days. A nearby pickup point is assigned using your delivery address.
  • Germany: €11.50; estimated delivery 4-5 business days.
  • Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain and Sweden: €16.50; estimated delivery 5-9 business days.

Shipping is free for two or more pairs, including when a product discount reduces the total. Prices include VAT. Delivery estimates apply to in-stock orders, include one business day for packing and are not guaranteed. See the Shipping policy.

Can I return them?

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery, and the return postage is on us.

  • Days 1-14: your legal right of withdrawal. No reason needed.
  • Days 15-30: our extra promise. The covers must be unused. Trying them on indoors over your boots is fine.
  • Postage: send us the postage receipt and we refund it, up to €20 per order.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Email zanskiofficial@gmail.com with your order number and a photo if you can. We replace the covers or refund you, and we pay the return costs.

How do I clean them?

After skiing, brush off the snow and let them dry at room temperature, away from radiators and other direct heat.

To wash them, close the hook-and-loop band and rinse them in lukewarm water with a little mild soap. Rinse with clean water and let them air dry. Do not machine wash, tumble dry, iron or use bleach.
